Selling on Etsy – start your online creative business.
Selling your craft, art or creative products online is easier than ever and when it comes to buying online the UK is the global number one market – 77% of people buy something online at least once a month.
Whether you’re already setup as a business with a product ready to sell or just considering the prospect of running a creative business online, come along to gain some insight into the many areas involved with running an online handmade business.
In this workshop, Nicola Rowlands will share her experience selling her designs and products on Etsy and will touch on:
- product development
- photographing your products
- pricing, packaging, postage methods
- time keeping, staff, premises
- social media
- customer services
Most importantly Nicola will be on hand to answer those niggling questions you may have when it comes to setting up your own small creative business.
The workshop will be informal and friendly – so bring your ideas and creativity and a notebook to take plenty of notes!

These items cover a wide range, including art, photography, clothing, jewelry, food, bath and beauty products, quilts, knick-knacks, and toys. Many sellers also sell craft supplies such as beads, wire and jewelry-making tools. All vintage items must be at least 20 years old.
