Would you be interested in creating an exciting opportunity for your students aged 12-18 to develop their coding capabilities and problem-solving skills?
We are delighted to invite you to our free Code Club, delivered by Lloyds Bank in collaboration with a local business, to help inspire and get your students aged 12-18 excited about coding and further developing their digital skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for them to learn particular skills such as programming interactive stories, games and animations and progress their coding capabilities.
This event will also allow the students to meet our professional colleagues and have access to expert support in a friendly and welcoming environment, to enhance their digital knowledge and provide them the lasting tools they need to continue coding in the future.
17:00 – 17.45 – TED talk from a local business and Lloyds Banking Group around the future of Digital and potential future careers in Digital and Technology
17:45 – 19:00 – Hands-on training learning the basics of coding, with support from Lloyds Bank colleagues
Light refreshments will be provided
Please ensure you bring some form of photo I.D with you and visit the check in desk upon arrival to the first floor of the branch
