We’re very proud of our school, and we’d love the chance to show it off to you. Of course, the Open Day is not just about amazing equipment, it’s also the perfect chance to speak to tutors and staff about the courses themselves, how they will work for you and how to become a Futureworks student.
About our open days
At our Open Day we provide many services to make sure you get fully acquainted with our staff, facility and courses. We have admissions staff and tutors on hand to answer any questions you may have, as well as showcasing some of the fantastic work our students produce. If you have questions about where each course might lead you, we offer advice on career pathways and opportunities available to you upon graduation.
Once you have been introduced to our tutors, you will be taken on a guided tour of our facilities, where you will get to see some live demonstrations hosted by some of our students – this gives you a taster of the environment you will be working in.
After the tour you may have further questions to ask us, or even feel you are ready to apply, in which case we can talk you through the application process and answer any additional queries you might have.
The Open Day runs from 12pm – 4pm, and you can drop in at any time – if you can’t make it until later on we will do our best to accommodate you and make sure a member of staff is available to answer your questions.
There is no need to book ahead, we have the staff and set-up to accommodate a large amount of people and we encourage people to bring family and friends along too.
