Ashton Sixth Form College is now offering a brand new foundation degree in producing video content for social media.
Ever wonder who creates the content you flick through on your phone every day?
The answer is…it could be you!
This is a two year full-time course at half the price of some university programmes.
The course will be taught by outstanding and industry experienced lecturers with direct links to some of the biggest social media companies nationwide. You will learn the foundations of video content creation from shooting, to edit, through to delivery.
You will analyse how people consume their news and info and how the power of social media as increased so much that it can help elect a U.S president!

The curriculum offer is varied and relevant for both academic and vocational students. This means that we can tailor study programmes to suit each individual student. The College also caters for around 1000 part-time adult students per year on courses from Level 1 to Higher Education. Part-time courses for adults are run on site from late afternoon or in the evenings or at community venues and out at employer premises during the day.
