Creative Pioneers Manchester is the IPAs gold standard, industry-led creative and digital apprenticeship scheme for the digital and creative sector in Manchester.
Creative Pioneers was created to find the next generation of advertising, creative and digital media talent. The brainchild of Janet Hull OBE at the trade association, the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA). Creative Pioneers is open to school leavers and college graduates with qualifications not exceeding A level. We are looking for the most talented, passionate and enthusiastic young talent in Greater Manchester.
You don’t have to be a creative to work in the creative industries. We have a range of roles available across Manchester that require different ways of thinking.
Plan – Linear brain. Are you analytical? Do you like looking at numbers? If so, you might be suited to a job role in Research | Data Analytics | Insight | Media Planning | Media Buying | Strategy
Create – Lateral brain. Are you inventive? Do you like graphics and digital design? If so, you might be suited to a job role in Web Design Content | Social Media | Coding | Graphic Design | Studio
Do – Diagonal brain. Are you practical? Can you make things happen? If so, you might be suited to a job role in Client Service | Project Management | Production | Account Management | New Business | Marketing
Creative Pioneers Manchester provides Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeships for 12 months with scheduled training delivered throughout the year, training is delivered in the classroom by The White Room’s industry professionals.

Digital Marketing Route L3 Overview (12 Months)
This Creative Pioneers Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship looks at a range of creative and digital media skills, with a focus on professional content creation, enhancement, and measurable marketing – as well as how to create a digital enterprise, find and build a target audience, manage campaigns and understand delivery across multiple platforms.
