Want to immortalise yourself in an act of pure self-indulgence? Maybe you’d like to hand a loved one a memento as a reminder of why they love you?
In this 2 hour workshop, you and your partner will have your head 3D scanned and printed to use as a new Facebook profile picture, trinket on the mantelpiece, or as a keepsake! Then MadFabLab will hand the scanners over to you, letting you botch, smudge, and distort your partners face (within reason).
MadFabLab will give you an overview on 3D printing and scanning, along with some knowledge that you can try at home.
This workshop works best for people working in pairs. If you’d like to surprise someone with a head model, read on 🙂
Who is this course for?
This course is suitable for all abilities, and welcome’s beginners with no previous experience of laser cutting and etching.
